Welcome to the D.I.M.S Society Solutions (WFH) an extension of our commitment to workforce development, economic access, and community‑centered service delivery. As our organization continues to grow, we are actively recruiting remote Customer Service Agents to support an expanding portfolio of client services across multiple industries.

The D.I.M.S. Solutions Center provides contracted remote positions in 37 states, excluding California, Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Vermont, Washington, Wisconsin, and the District of Columbia. At this time, we are unable to contract in these locations—yet—as we continue to expand our operational footprint.

The Solutions Center operates as a multi‑line service environment, supporting a diverse range of business clients, each with specific service requirements. All candidates complete an application and evaluation process to determine eligibility for initial service placement. Comprehensive, client‑specific training is provided to ensure each agent is fully prepared to deliver high‑quality, professional support with confidence and consistency.

Compensation varies by client opportunity and is determined in accordance with internal guidelines and contractual standards. Agents may engage with DIMS as independent contractors or full‑time employees, with the flexibility to establish full‑time or part‑time schedules across available client programs. This model is designed to support work‑life balance while maintaining clear expectations around performance and accountability.

DIMS values flexibility, reliability, and professionalism. While agents have control over their availability, adherence to agreed‑upon schedules is essential to meeting service commitments and supporting both client satisfaction and team success.
